Paul has been working with young people since he was 18 years old. He is married to Kate and they have a daughter Eloise and one year old twin boys, Isaac and Reuben. Before moving to Malmesbury, they were living and working in Chagford on Dartmoor where Paul also completed his BA in Youth and Applied Theology. He is now pretty grey headed which he puts down to having twins, but finds that his curry making is his saving grace.
